The centre building in the picture below is a lot bigger than it looks. It goes back more than twice as far as the width you see from Cheltenham Road. The building is also about 7 or 8 stories high as can be seen from further away from the building. The bit in the very far left top corner is also part of it (at the very top is the lift motor). The building on the right of the picture is joined to the centre building and was originally built in 1862 as a carriage works.
Once inside this was the first view we had of the interior
There are huge holes in the floors and ceilings where the concrete has crumbled away, particularly on the first floor
Moving to a higher floor we found the best preserved room. This room is massive and numerous skate ramps have been constructed. The far wall in the picture below is the wall adjoining Cheltenham Road. Notice how clean they've kept the floor here in order to skate
